Overall History: Harmony was born to a sixteen year old girl who wasn't ready to be a mother. Her birth father left her birth mother once he found out she was pregnant. Her mother gave her up for adoption because she knew she wouldn't be able to handle raising a child and finish high school all at the same time. So along came Cristina and Daniel Adams.

Cristina was unable to bear children, so she and her husband were looking to adopt. They found Jamie Johnston who was giving up her baby for adoption. They made a deal with the lawyers and they agreed to let Jamie see Harmony every christmas and then they would extend the visiting hours as she got older. Jamie agreed and was just thankful that this nice couple would still allow her to see her child, even if it was all the way in London, England. Cristina and Daniel took Harmony home immediately and they got her settled in her new home.

As she grew up, Harmony had a feeling that she was adopted, but she never asked until she was eight. Her parents sat her down and explained her situation to her. She understood and loved her adoptive parents quite a lot more than her birth mother. She didn't understand how her birth mother could just give her up that easily. She called her birth mother up and argued with her for an hour before finally forgiving her.

When she was nine, she showed her first sign of magic, and because her adopted parents were both magical beings, they recognized it right away. She was scared, but her adoptive parents explained to her what it was and she calmed down. She went through the next two years wondering what would happen. On her eleventh birthday, she received her answer. She received her Hogwarts letter and she screamed excitedly.

Her mother took her to Diagon Alley to gather all the school things she would need.
