Overall Personality: Lysander is kind and compassionate. He cares about others, but sometimes he can't stand his mother or his brother. He loves them, but Lysander feels like he's living in his brother's and mother's shadows. To remedy this, Lysander has turned to flirting with all sorts of cute girls in hopes of gaining their attentions. Along with this, Lysander studies hard for his classes and regularly practices Quidditch, a favorite sport of his.

While growing up, Lysander was always surrounded by a loving family, even though technically 3/4 of them weren't even related to him. Lysander was always flirting with cute girl he came across, including his "cousins."

This boy was always relatively smart, having gotten his mother's brain when he was born. Lysander is almost always studying and looking to keep good grades. However, some of the classes he takes frustrates him as he cannot seem to get nothing more than Acceptables in them. Lysander wants to be better than his brother at something for once.

Lysander hates fighting. He heard stories of what his mother did while she was in school, but he loved her way of fighting. She did it to help protect those around her. No, the fighting that Lysander dislikes is when others chooses to make fun of those younger or weaker than themselves to make themselves feel better. Lysander gets a little fist happy for these people.

Overall History: Lysander was the youngest of two children born to Rolf and Luna Scamander. Growing up, Lysander always felt like he was living under the shadows of his mother and brother, twin brother might I add. From the get go, Lysander was always competing with Lorcan to see who was better. Since they were both twins they both got their letters at the same time. For Lysander he was ecstatic. His mother took him and his brother to get everything and along the way met various "family members" in Diagon Alley.

Among them was Rose Weasley, Ron Weasley's only daughter. Lysander kind of liked her from the get go and spent a lot of time with her. Or as much time as was allotted. Lysander enjoyed the attention he got from the opposite gender. Anyway!

After Lysander got all of his things he impatiently waited for the day he would leave for Hogwarts. The day arrived and Lysander found himself on the train with his brother and "cousins." Once at Hogwarts Lysander was sorted into Ravenclaw, along with his brother. The first year was learning nothing but basics. It was his second year that things started getting really interesting.

Lysander found the Room of Requirement, it had been fixed up after the Fiendfyre spell by Goyle years before and he tried out for the Ravenclaw Quidditch team. The only position that Lysander had been interested in was Seeker. He made the team.

The years passed and Lysander spent a lot of his off time in the RoR learning and studying on his own, a great place to study in his opinion. As the years passed he watched as a few of those closest to him graduated and went on to bigger and better things. Now, Lysander is 17 years old and in his last year at the school. When he was 15 he was asked what he wanted to do. In all honesty, Lysander did not truly know.... not yet anyway. He knew, however, that he wanted to continue learning about Astronomy.
